I have been living in Whatcom County since 2015. I live here with my wife Julia and my two children, Charlie & Otto.

I have focused experience in retail nurseries & native plant propagation, organic farm management, residential landscape construction project management & most recently as Mitigation Lead for an environmental science & land use consultation firm heading up mitigation site installation, monitoring, maintenance & reporting for residential and commercial private development.

I earned Certified Cider Professional & Certified Pommelier with the American Cider Association in 2022. I want to learn everything I possibly can about cider so I can make the best locally authentic ciders I can and contribute to the direction of regenerative agriculture.

In 2015, I became a certified permaculture designer. The course was taught at Inspiration Farm, which is what brought my wife and I to Bellingham.

In 2023, I became a Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) #CWTA-70480717 to work on water quality testing and stormwater monitoring.
